Our Work: Flowers by SP

Background

Florist, Sally Parkes has owned Flowers by SP on Broadway, Broadstairs since 2005 and reknowned as one of the top florists in the area. But as more and more shopping takes place online, Sally saw an opportunity to make the online purchase of owners of flowers simple, quick and effective.

We worked with Sally to get a simple set of bouquets onto a brand new Opencart eCommerce website in a range of budgets to suit everyone.

When buying a bouquet the user is asked to select one or two key colours (or leave it to the florist to decide) as well as leave a note that can be written on a card and then popped inside the bouquet. Payments are by Paypal.

Home delivery is also included for free within the Thanet postcodes, CT7 to CT12.

The back-end of the site can be managed by the shop owner but most of the time a quick phone call or email to the Broadbiz helpdesk means that we can make any changes on their behalf.
